Shipping Information:

By default, we use  US Priority  Mail, and charge a flat rate of $5.50 for simplicity's sake, regardless of the quantity ordered.  When placing your order, the automated shopping cart will offer you a selection box labeled "Ship to you via:" with "US Priority Mail" pre-selected.  Click on the box to view other shipping options.

In addition, we offer most United Parcel Service shipping categories, such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select (use the link on the Shopping Cart page itself, to the right of the prices, to change your original choice of shipping method if you change your mind).

Delivery times can vary, because during certain parts of the year we are on the road selling our work at arts and crafts fairs, and sometimes due to holidays and other factors.  But most of the time, on credit card orders, we ship within 24 hours, so you'll generally be wearing your new Kind Dye in less than a week!

NOTE:  If you choose to pay by check, your order will obviously take a few more days to process, because we must wait on your check to arrive in the mail.

ALL domestic orders should be received within a MAXIMUM of 7 business days from the date payment is received.  If you have a question about an order, click here for urgent contact.  Please include the order number with all correspondence.

Residents of Canada and Mexico should choose the corresponding options from the "Ship to you via:" box; shipping rates to these countries are considerably less than to other non-US destinations.

If you are somewhere other than the US, Canada or Mexico: US Postal Airmail is usually the way to go.  Rates start at $9.95, which will get one shirt to you within about a week, regardless of where you are in the world.  Also, if you live in a country to which the US Postal Service offers Global Priority service, you can get your order within 3-5 days for just a couple of dollars more.  If you have to have it fast, we also offer UPS Worldwide Express. . .but be aware that this option is very expensive!
