We have sold thousands of tie-dyes to thousands of customers over the past 14 years.  Dissatisfied customers have been few and far between.  In fact, we feel certain that you'll be even more impressed with your real, live Kind Dye than you were with the picture of it...

Still, we want you to be able to shop with total confidence, and we realize that as a small business on the world wide web, this level of customer confidence can be difficult to achieve.  And with a product like ours, this situation is further complicated by questions about colors and sizes, since you don't have the actual tie-dyes right in front of you.

So we have decided to stand behind our merchandise with a full, unconditional money-back guarantee!  If it doesn't fit, if the colors don't look the way they did on your computer screen, if your gift didn't quite fit the tastes of the person you bought it for, or if you simply change your mind--whatever.  Just send it back to us, according to the instructions below, and we will even reimburse you for the shipping costs!*  No questions asked.  All we request is that the returned merchandise is still in saleable condition.

If you need to return something, just follow these simple steps:

1.  Send us an e-mail at orders@kindyes.com.  Note that this address is different than the one we use for other correspondence; use this address only for messages relating to orders that have already been placed.  Please include your order number, and state whether you would like a refund, an exchange, or a credit towards future purchases.  If you choose to exchange the returned item for another item on the website, include the stock number of the new item.

2.  If you are returning a garment that has been worn, please wash it once.  We also appreciate it if returned items are folded neatly, and generally taken care of.  In other words, they should arrive ready to sell, the way they were when we sent them to you.

4.  Transactions on our end will take place after we receive the returned merchandise.  If you chose a full refund, you will be refunded the original purchase price, including the original shipping charges, plus an additional $5.50 to cover the return shipping.  If you chose a credit for future orders, this same amount will be deducted from your next order.  For exchanges, we will figure any price difference between the two items first, then factor in your $5.50 credit for the return shipping, and either refund or charge you the appropriate amount.  If you originally paid with a credit card, all refunds or adjustments will be applied to your credit card.  If you paid by check or money order, you will be refunded with a check.  If you happen to be exchanging for a more expensive item, and the price difference is more than $5.50, and you originally paid with a check or money order, you'll need to wait for us to reply to your e-mail before sending anything back to us, so that we can confirm the exact amount that you should include.
